Coverage
Out of office.
Nothing dropped.
Before you go, hand your desk to the colleagues who’ll cover it: your suppliers, your projects, your follow-ups, for exactly as long as you’re away. When you’re back, a digest tells you what they did.
What would you like to try?
Simulated suppliers and data. Nothing leaves your browser.
Hand it over
in one place.
From Home, set when you leave and, if you know it, when you’re back. Give each of your suppliers and projects to a colleague, and choose whether each backup covers your follow-ups, your scanner queue or your whole desk.

Only you can hand it over
Coverage is set up by the person going away. Nobody can take over a desk they weren’t given.
Time-boxed
It starts and ends when you say. Leave the end open if you don’t know yet.
Scoped
A supplier, a project, the follow-ups, the scanner queue, or the whole desk.
Their desk,
one click away.
The colleague covering for you sees a card at the top of their own Home, with your open items and the date you’re back. One click opens your desk. Queues switch rather than merge, so your work never mixes into theirs.

Worked like
it’s theirs.
They tick off your follow-ups, draft your emails, clear your scanner queue and run Focus on your list. Mail goes from their own mailbox, with a line saying who it’s sent on behalf of. Anything you didn’t hand over stays closed.

Back to a digest,
not a mystery.
Everything done on your desk while you’re away is logged. When you click I’m back, or one business day after the end date you set, Desk emails you a digest of what each colleague did, with the most consequential first and a PDF attached. Your backups are copied.
Logged as it happens
Every draft, every task closed, every suggestion dismissed, with who did it.
Sent once
Click it twice and the digest still goes out once.
Back early?
End coverage yourself whenever you’re back.
Desk is more than Coverage.
Every module works from the same inbox, the same suppliers and the same team.
