Vendors

One supplier list.
The whole team.

Everyone in your workspace works from the same suppliers, contacts and history. Desk builds the list from your mailbox, and assignments say who looks after whom.

Shared workspace

Your team,
on the same page.

Everyone in the workspace works from one supplier list. Add a contact, block a sender or assign a supplier, and the whole team sees it. The work that’s yours, your tasks and your Focus, stays yours.

Shared by everyone

Vendors and contacts, the blocklist, BOMs, RFQs, projects, flowcharts, Still waiting on and Responsiveness.

Yours alone

Daily Tasks, Focus, your preferences and your minutes per task.

Seen by the team

Suggestions from a teammate’s inbox appear on yours, marked with whose they were.

By invitation

Teammates join by email invitation, never by matching your domain.

Assignments

Who looks after
which supplier.

Give each supplier a primary and a backup, one at a time or in bulk. My vendors shows the ones that are yours. When an assignment ends, it moves to the supplier’s history instead of disappearing.

Built from your mail,
not typed in.

Desk walks back through your mailbox and makes one vendor per supplier domain. Free-mail addresses and your own company are skipped. Contacts are ranked by who you actually write to, not who writes to you most.

Main contact

The person you go back and forth with. When two are close, Desk asks you to pick.

Also in the loop

People you do write to, just less often than the main contact.

Sends, never answers

No-reply and bulk addresses, kept out of the way.

Reviewed for you

Senders Desk isn’t sure about go to a review queue. Keep them, or block them as system mail.

Blocklist

Block it.
Keep the history.

Block a domain or an address and it’s gone from the list and from every scan after. Its quotes and response times are kept, and unblocking brings everything back.
