Supplier mail,
sorted into work.
Desk reads the supplier mail in your Outlook and lays the day out on one page: your tasks, what just came in, who still owes you a reply, and which parts need a look.
What would you like to try?
Simulated suppliers and data. Nothing leaves your browser.
Your work,
in one list.
Every follow-up you own and every supplier email that needs something, with the PO, the supplier and what’s late. Counted by topic, so one click shows the quality work or the payments. Tick one off when it’s done, or have Desk open a drafted email in Outlook, already addressed to the supplier’s main contact.

Mail that needs you,
already read.
Desk reads each new supplier email, and one that needs something is a task from the moment it is read: what it says in a line, the PO, and who sent it. A request for quotes or a new project can become an RFQ or a project, filled in from the email. Email from your teammates’ inboxes shows up too, marked with whose inbox it came from.

Every five minutes
Desk checks your mailbox on its own. Scan now runs it straight away.
A receipt for every scan
When nothing needs you, Desk says what it read, ignored and matched, so a quiet list means a quiet inbox.
Your sent mail counts
Desk reads Sent Items too, so waiting times start from the email you actually sent.
Blocked stays blocked
Newsletters and system mail you block are skipped on every scan after.
Who still owes
you a reply.
Every ask that hasn’t been answered, with the days it has waited. Desk counts from the moment the email actually left and flags anything that has waited three days. The list is shared, so the whole team sees the same open asks.

Projects and parts,
at a glance.
Below the mail, Home keeps an eye on the rest of the job.
Your projects this week
One line per active project: days behind plan, milestones overdue or due this week, and its top risk.
Unread BOM alerts
A part gone obsolete or a price jump waits here until someone acknowledges or dismisses it.
Coverage
When you’re covering a colleague, their desk is one click away from the top of the page.
Works with the inbox
you already have.
Desk connects to Outlook through Microsoft Graph. Suppliers keep emailing you the way they do today. There is nothing for them to install, learn or sign in to.1
Nothing for suppliers to adopt
They reply to you, as they always have. Desk works from your side of the thread.
No forwarding rules
No shared address to copy and no rules to set up. Desk reads the mailbox you connect.
Drafts, not sends
Follow-ups open as drafts in your Outlook. You read them and press Send.
What Desk asks
IT to approve.
Desk signs in with Microsoft's own sign-in and asks for these Microsoft Graph permissions, on the user's behalf. Many organizations require an administrator to approve a new app before anyone can connect it. Send this list to yours.1
Mail.ReadWrite
Read supplier mail for the scan, and put follow-up and RFQ drafts in your Drafts folder.
Mail.Send
Send the few notices Desk sends itself, such as a project assignment or the coverage handback digest. Supplier mail stays a draft.
Calendars.ReadWrite
Create a project kickoff meeting, with the charter attached.
People.Read
Suggest colleagues when you add someone to a project.
User.Read
Your name and email address, to sign you in.
offline_access
Stay connected without signing in again every hour.
Desk is more than Home.
Every module works from the same inbox, the same suppliers and the same team.
