Quotes
One RFQ.
Every supplier. Separately.
Build a request for quote once and Desk drafts a separate email to each supplier, in your Outlook. Their answers come back into one comparison, by part and by quantity.
What would you like to try?
Simulated suppliers and data. Nothing leaves your browser.
Ask once.
Pick the suppliers, add the parts, set the quantity and the pack size. Desk drafts one email per supplier with only that supplier’s name on it, asking for a unit price at five quantity tiers, the MOQ and the lead time.

Every answer,
side by side.
Unit price as bars, lead time as a line. Filter by part, quantity tier or supplier, and hover a bar for the net total.

The best price
at every quantity.
Switch to the table and every supplier’s price breaks line up. The best price at each quantity tier is highlighted, with the MOQ and lead time beside it.

Replies that
fill themselves in.
When a supplier answers on the RFQ’s thread, Desk reads their prices into the RFQ and marks them Auto-imported. Anything it can’t be sure of waits for you to record by hand, and so does a quote that arrives only as a PDF attachment: Desk doesn’t read attachments yet.
A status per supplier
Draft, sent, received or declined, tracked for each supplier on its own.
Started from an email
A request for quotes in your inbox becomes a filled-in RFQ, its supplier and parts already added.
Timed from the real send
Desk notes when each RFQ actually left your mailbox, so quoting times start there.
Part of the project
Attach an RFQ to a project and it shows on the project’s scope.
Desk is more than Quotes.
Every module works from the same inbox, the same suppliers and the same team.
