Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade anytime from your billing portal. Moving from Team to Site is handled by our team.
Do my suppliers need to sign up for anything?
No. Suppliers reply to email like they already do.
Which email does Desk work with?
Microsoft 365 work and school accounts, through Outlook. Desk connects with Microsoft Graph using the permissions you approve.
Does our IT team need to approve Desk?

Does Desk send email to my suppliers for me?
No. Follow-ups and RFQs open as drafts in your own Outlook, and you read them and press Send. Drafts, not sends.

Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
